This course is designed for people who want to receive our most thorough first aid training and who

have a responsibility to act as a First Aider in the workplace.

Course duration

Three days.

All successful candidates on this course get their first annual refresher training free.

 

Assessment

Previously, students who attended our first aid courses were required to pass a final practical assessment. This has been replaced with continuous observation by the trainer and written assessments.

 

Candidates need a basic command of English (defined as Level 2). So whilst we are often able to provide support to people who for example do not have English as a first language, our ability to do so is limited by the time available and the number of people who require assistance, although we may be able to make special arrangements if requested in advance. Please contact us if you need any guidance.

Certification

 

Successful candidates receive a First Aid at Work Certificate, valid for three years.

Usual price is £150.00 per person

 

Course for up to 12 candidates is £1,200.00 saving of £600,00 on 12 candidates.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are now providing these additional methods to ensure that training is able to be undertaken safely to provide you with the required numbers of First Aid Qualified Personnel required by Legislation.

​

Method 1 - We can provide training at your venue (Provided your venue is suitable) for up to 12 candidates. Course cost is £1,200.00 (40 mile radius of our base location)

​

Method 2 - Mix of On-Line live training with our experienced Advanced Paramedic Practitioners via ZOOM and physical attendance for part

                       of the course.    Course fee is £1,300,00 for up to 12 candidates. 

​

Method 3 - Zoom training for those who have had previous first aid training and who can master the requirements of the course via ZOOM.

                       This is for up to 12 candidates and the course fees are £1,300.00. Candidates must attend for practical assessments

​

We can also provide the courses listed above for up to 6 candidates for a cost of £800.00. This works out at less than £134.00 per candidate.
